* Required – Experience with 3D CAD design, including Solidworks.
* Required – Passion for innovative design and industry trends.
* Required – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Required – High level English.
* Required – Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or apparel design, or equivalent experience.
* Required – Strong team player with ambition and resilience.
* Required – Ability to wear and train in military equipment.
* Minimum 1 year of textile product design experience – advantage.
* Knowledge of Optitex or other pattern-making software – advantage.
* Familiarity with additional 3D design software – advantage.
* Proficiency in sewing machine operation – advantage.
* Familiarity with tactical gear – advantage.
