Responsibilities
Lead and expand our AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Oversee the research, development, and deployment of AI models that automate and enhance our data collection processes.
Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to integrate AI technologies into our platform.
Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, applying them to solve complex problems and improve our offerings.
Develop and implement best practices for the full AI model development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
Lead the evaluation and adoption of new AI methodologies and tools to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of AI solutions.
Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
5+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing AI teams.
Extensive experience in developing AI models from scratch, including hands-on experience with various learning methodologies.
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages.
Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture principles.
Proven ability to translate business challenges into AI/ML driven solutions.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with web data collection technologies and challenges – a plus.
