As a 3D Printer Integration Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless integration and operation of our 3D printers. Hardware Setup and Configuration: Install, calibrate, and configure 3D printers and related equipment. Ensure proper connectivity, network integration, and compatibility with existing infrastructure.
Software Integration: Collaborate with software developers and engineers to integrate 3D printing software into existing systems, ensuring seamless data transfer, file format compatibility, and process automation.
Workflow Optimization: Analyze existing 3D printing workflows and identify areas for improvement. Streamline processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and turnaround time.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to the printers. Perform routine maintenance, including firmware updates, component replacements, and calibration adjustments.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure consistent output and adherence to specifications. Conduct regular inspections, perform TEST prints, and analyze results to identify and address any deviations or defects.
