The product department at SolarEdge oversees the development of all new products. The team implements strategy, roadmap, and feature definitions for all SolarEdge's product lines, hardware, and software throughout the product life cycle. We seek a self-motivated and problem-solver product manager to join our growing team. As a product manager in SolarEdge’s dynamic environment, you will generate product requirements by identifying potential opportunities and conducting market research and analyses. You will own the product initiation, definition, introduction to the market, and product lifecycle. You will also directly manage activities across multiple teams, including R&D, engineering, operation, sales, and support. What will you be doing:
* Collect and analyze customer needs based on inputs from customers, technical marketing, sales, and internal stakeholders.
* Gain a deep understanding of market needs, technological trends, and the competitive landscape.
* Transform the customer and SolarEdge needs into a product concept and consolidate the unique selling points into the product compass.
* Write the MRD and PRD. Tightly work with R&D and other internal stakeholders till a successful product launch in a multi-disciplinary environment.
* Create and manage the product roadmap and transition plan.
* Manage the product launch and own end-to-end the success of the product with customers, from launch till end-of-life, including supporting NPI process, market communications, product collaterals, training activities, etc.

* 5+ years of hardware or electrical systems development experience – Must
* 2+ years of experience working with product management in hardware companies – Advantage
* Energy storage systems experience – Advantage
* Solar industry experience – Advantage Required skills:
* Curiosity and proactive approach, creative mindset for technical and commercial problem-solving
* Independent learning and entrepreneurship skills for promoting the product internally and externally.
* Having solution and system vision along with a deep technical understanding and analytical skills.
* Proven experience building organized, detail-oriented requirements and project plans. Experience in managing changing project requirements in a dynamic and agile environment.
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, white-boarding, and presentation.
