For our client a company markets products and solutions in the HLS, Defense and military sectors both locally and internationally. We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our global marketing and sales efforts as the VP of Marketing and Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
– Formulate and drive the company's marketing and sales strategy across local and international markets
– Manage and guide the domestic and global marketing/sales teams to achieve revenue targets
– Develop marketing and advertising plans to penetrate new markets and strengthen presence in existing ones
– Manage and cultivate business relationships and engagements with B2B/B2G decision makers
– Expand marketing and distribution channels including partnerships with distributors, contractors and relevant integration companies
– Spearhead price negotiations and lead processes for major proposal submissions and bids for defense

– At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing roles in international markets
– In-depth familiarity with security solutions, homeland security and C4I systems
– Established relationships with customers, distributors and integration companies in the defense sector
– Strong team leadership and people management capabilities
– Fluent English, additional languages a plus
