Key Responsibilities:
– Establishing a new plant, planning serial production lines
– Serving as the interface between engineering/R D and production teams
– Managing production and Quality Assurance processes until delivery to customer
– Managing the workforce, providing training and professional development to ensure quality and efficient performance
Requirements:
– Industrial Engineering and Management / MBA / Manufacturing degree
– Managerial and professional experience in the defense industry/military industries
– In-depth knowledge and ability to plan and implement serial production processes
– Willingness to work intensively in a dynamic environment
– High security clearance
– Residing in the center/south area of Israel
