The Corporate Strategy Director is a key managerial role responsible for shaping and guiding the overall strategic direction of the company, ensuring we have a winning strategy and portfolio roadmap to support long-term growth.
This position involves deep analysis of market trends, competitive dynamics, and technological advancements, as well as the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive growth, innovation, and sustainability in the semiconductor market.
Responsibilities:
Corporate Strategy Planning:
Lead the development and execution of long-term corporate strategies to achieve business growth.
Conduct strategic planning processes, including market analysis, scenario planning, and risk assessment.
Analyze global technology and market trends, and the competitive landscape in the semiconductor industry.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our strategic initiatives.
Work closely with various departments (such as finance, marketing, R&D, and operations) to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of initiatives.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across different levels of the organization.
Portfolio Roadmap
Create and maintain the company portfolio roadmap, outlining the development and lifecycle of products.
Analyze the competitive landscape to understand competitor strategies and market positioning.
Ensure our long-term portfolio roadmap addresses the key semiconductor technology inflections.
Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the companys product lines.
Communicate product strategy to stakeholders, including the executive team and external partners.
The role involves intensive work and cooperation with our product divisions and corporate teams (marketing, CTO, business, and finance).
This position may require occasional travel to customer sites, conferences, and other company locations.

Masters degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
