YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL BE-
Owning and managing all the content needs for your product pillar
Working with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to create concise, clear, and helpful microcopy
Providing feedback on UX/UI in the product areas you are responsible for
Writing Help Center articles including how-tos, tutorials, and best practices
Creating user assistance for our features, including walk-mes and sidebar content
Helping to define and maintain the Content Team Style Guide, design system, and other team assets
Monitoring and responding to internal and external feedback channels to address customer needs and define content priorities
Staying up to date with market trends and finding new ways to showcase content that fits our global audience.
YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL BE-

Requirements:
Have 5+ years of experience in writing microcopy and Help Center content
Write in mother-tongue English
Can step into the shoes of our various customers personas, modify the tone and voice of your writing to match the customer and use case, and create content thats meaningful for them
Require a minimum of management handholding and are able to manage and prioritize your tasks with input from outside stakeholders
Are positive, naturally motivated, and energetic
Are a quick learner and natural researcher
Work well in a team while maintaining your independence
Enjoy a fast-paced environment and can easily multitask, prioritize on the fly, and manage your time efficiently.
