Required FED Team Leader – Viewer
Job Description:
As a FED Team Leader with the viewer team, you will make an impact as we develop a massive-scale application (written in Typescript), which is the rendering engine of our websites.
Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and habits
Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
Collaborate with various stakeholders to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain extraordinary features
Tackle tough problems in complex business flows and find creative ways to solve them.

An experienced software engineer with 4+ years of engineering experience and at least 2 years of experience leading a team.
Experienced with large-scale web applications and enjoy touching every frontend and backend aspect of the application
Creative, fast learner who enjoys overcoming challenges in a complex environment.
Excellent communication skills, an inherent willingness to help others and the ability to deep dive into complex applications
Proactive, with a desire to always understand why things are done the way they are.
