We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our team and drive growth in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) & APAC (Asia-Pacific) regions.
As our Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and retaining existing client relationships, identifying and closing new growth opportunities, and ensuring customer success. This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement, a deep understanding of cloud-based solutions, and a passion for helping customers achieve their goals as well as a sales mentality
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to effectively position our solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on best practices for media management and optimization.
Monitor client usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to better serve clients.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a similar roleBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in account management or sales roles within the SaaS industry.
Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in Hebrew & English; proficiency in other languages spoken in the EMEA or APAC region is a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
5+ years of experience in a similar roleBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
