Requirements:
* Proven experience of 5+ years in compensation and benefits management
* Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or relevant certifications are a plus
* In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
