We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Fullstack developer on our team, you will provide strategic technical guidance to proactively improve performance, reliability, security and cost-effectiveness of customers solutions using industry best practices.
Direct contribution to the Security code base with new code base, no legacy code, using Vue3, NodeJS, etc.
Close collaboration with technical (backend, QA & infrastructure) and non-technical (product, design) roles to understand and challenge end user requirements and ultimately translate these into effective technical solutions
Deliver features end-to-end, taking full ownership and managing the whole software development lifecycles, from design to release
Develop the teams quality infrastructure and define the KPIs and metrics to measure the teams quality
Be part of the engineering staff by leading initiatives and ideas to achieve an ongoing improvement of our infrastructure, architecture and culture
Recruit, mentor and coach team members
Work closely with product managers, UI designers and QA engineers

Requirements:
An experienced engineer with hands-on orientation in an agile environment
Experienced in the industry (5+ years), with high proficiency in Javascript and preferably a real-life experience in Node.js + Vue.js/React or similar stack
Experience working with Vue.js3- big advantage
Comfortable with both back-end and front-end development
Relevant experience working on fast-scaling and complex systems
Experienced with software engineering best practices and appreciation towards clean code, SOLID design principles, testing, code reviews, etc. and aware of bad practices and anti-patterns
Capable of leading a project from the requirements phase all the way to production
Ability to take initiative and find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
Driven by impact and eager to create customer value
