We are looking for a SOFTWARE ENGINEERING TEAM LEAD.
What youll do:
Leading a team of 5 developers
Work closely with the product team to build and clarify the roadmap and help define the requirements of the upcoming features and performance KPIs
Full responsibility and hands-on work on the development lifecycle including designs, development, code reviews, testing, and deployment/production aspects, GitHub admin, etc.
Become a leading expert in Rocksdb Speedb codebase
Oversee code quality and standards
Establish group and individual objectives, provide regular, constructive feedback and increase employee engagement, staff development, training, and mentoring
Create a positive team environment and a strong DNA

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Computer Science/Software Engineering/other relevant fields in a leading university or equivalent impressive work experience
5+ years of proven track record of leading R&D teams
6+ years of experience as a C++ Software developer
Proven ability to hire, retain and grow top industry talent
Good technical skills with a deep understanding of the development lifecycle, methodologies & best practices
strong business and technical vision
Ability to execute end-to-end from design to implementation
Strong English Write, Read and Speak
B.Sc. in Computer Science/Software Engineering/other relevant fields in a leading university or equivalent impressive work experience
