we are looking for a QA Automation Team Lead to join our team at this exciting stage of our companys growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead an automation team (3-5 engineers), and provide automation services which are effective, seamless and easy to use.
Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
Actively engage in daily tasks, develop, refine, remove blocks and reduce technical debts.
Have a deep understanding of group tools and technologies.
Set a high standard for code-review, design-review, quality and performance.
Own, design, analyze and improve our tests, tools and services.
API test automation
E2E flows automation
Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, and provide great results under a tight schedule
Reporting to Head of QA
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Software/Automation Developer, with Experience in software programing (JavaScript/TypeScript)
2+ years of experience as an Automation Team Lead
Experience in automation and manual testing
Deep understanding in automation infrastructure
Proven experience with PlayWrite
Deep understanding of QA processes and methodologies
Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.
Knowledge of various testing tools
Experience with Microservices and AWS architecture – Advantage
IT background – big advantage
Experience in testing cyber security products – advantage
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent – Advantage
