What You'll Do:
Build and Execute Employee Wellbeing Plans: Develop annual welfare plan focusing on employee care, wellbeing and engagement and ensure their successful implementation.
Elevate Employee Experiences: Use creative and innovative solutions to enhance wellbeing through celebrations, recognition programs, volunteer activities, and much more.
Foster Community Connections: Lead our community relations efforts, strengthening partnerships that benefit both our employees and the wider community.
Strengthen our Employer Brand: Through creative content and strategic communication, highlight our people, culture, and values across various channels.
Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with our teams to ensure creative and engaging content in alignment with our business objectives.
Lead with Creativity: responsible for the HR Portal and various communication channels to boost our brand and employee experience internally and externally.
HR budget management and project planning, in alignment with the HR annual plan.

Experienced: You've spent at least 3 years leading exceptional employee experience domain, with a track record of managing significant welfare activities.
Communicative and Creative: your excellent communication skills and creative mindset make you a natural at engaging audiences and solving problems innovatively.
Organized and Adaptable: you are process-oriented, capable of juggling multiple projects, and thrive under pressure and fast-changing situations.
Qualified: You have an academic degree, ideally with HR expertise or certification, and are fluent in English.
