Our company develops chemical/electrochemical hybrid systems to demonstrate our novel hydrogen generation technology.
As a part of our Operational group, you will be leading all company Safety activities and the responsibility for the company Infrastructure maintenance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Safety and Maintenance Officer develops, implements, and monitor company safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
Responsible for overseeing and leading maintenance procedures and actions in the company.
– Conducting safety surveys and risk management and leading corrective and preventive actions.
– Responsibility for safety permits in accordance with work instructions
– Supervision of the use of standard and proper personal protective equipment.
– Conducting employee training.
– Assimilation of safety and quality culture.
– Responsibility for planning and carrying out infrastructure maintenance activities while constantly improving the activity performed, for the benefit of efficient and continuous operation of the company's systems.
– Providing solutions to the various maintenance problems, including building efficient work.
– Accompanying and supervising maintenance works and contractors.

– Certified safety officer with a valid certificate of competence.
– Proven experience of at least 5 years in safety supervision – a background in the chemical industry is a significant advantage.
– Experience of over 5 years in maintenance management, preference for chemical plants.
– Mechanical/ electrical/ electronic /materials engineer – an advantage.
– Mastery of technical English.
– Reading blueprints is a plus.
– Full control of a computerized environment including OFFICE.
