You will need to understand the needs of customers and patients for positioning and messaging development, and commercialization plans across the globe. The role requires the ability to think strategically and work collaboratively counterparts, product management, regional marketing leadership, sales, legal/regulatory teams, and marketing agency partners. You must be able to effectively influence the organization up and down. Additionally, this role requires you to gain insight into local market dynamics, collect voice of customer feedback and consolidate input into the development of global product launch and key campaigns to drive expected growth for the company.
In this role, you will
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify target audiences, analyze competitor activities, and stay informed about industry trends.
Develop a deep understanding of customers across the globe and create close relationships with key opinion leaders.
Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy including defining target customers, value props, claims, positioning, messaging, launch, and post-launch activities
Work in collaboration with other functions such as Global Marketing Excellence, Commercialization excellence, Services ect
Analyze and report product performance and making data-driven recommendations to drive impact.
Collaborate with global product development, marketing communication, clinical education, training and sales teams to deliver impactful product launch.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with regional iTero marketing teams in creating and implementing iTero strategies and programs around the globe.
10+ years of progressive product or strategic marketing experience with preference for experience in medical devices, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, technology, etc.
Proven track record of successfully launching products or software solutions/services in a similar role.
BS or BA or equivalent experience required. MBA highly preferred.
Experience in working with medical, dental and/or orthodontic professionals preferred.
Leadership, collaboration and influencing skills.
Strong agility, with skills to lead and execute on multiple programs in parallel in a fast paced environment.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
Passion for professional marketing, digital healthcare and product innovation.
Ability to travel domestic and internationally, 5-10% including some weekends a year as dictated by trade show schedules.
