Essential Responsibilities
Will be responsible to strategically setting the operations to be able to more effectively & efficiently delivery, quality and cost, leading through people.
Influence and communicate well with all levels of the organization including senior leadership, acting as primary operations owner (direct and indirect functions).
Driving manufacturing team towards execution of Business Goals.
Drive a culture that ensures compliance and adherence to product.
Formulate and drive the strategy for continuous improvement of material management, product quality and operations excellence.
Ensuring sufficient capacity exists to achieve all customer commitments
Ensuring customer delivery and satisfaction and ensure business goals are met.
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
Knowledge and understanding of production process Work Instructions and operates within them to ensure that a device conforms to its specifications
Ensures the creation of accurate, complete, and timely records
Qualifications/Requirements
BS Degree in Engineering,preferably Mechanics
5 years experience with proven leadership in operations or supply chain, engineering
Proven business/financial acumen, including demonstrated ability to motivate, influence, solve complex problems, and drive change at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to drive and manage change initiatives in a matrix environment
Ability to successfully motivate, and maintain high moral, employee involvement, safety, and teamwork
