looking for a full-time Measurement Partner. This role will primarily partner with leading performance advertisers and agencies in Israel to help measure the effectiveness of their investment in our platform. In addition, this role will partner with key cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product Marketing, Solution Engineering, and Business Marketing to ensure that clients and agencies have best-in-class support.
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic individual with strong analytical skills, aiming to develop our Marketing Science discipline. Success in this role within a rapidly expanding environment depends on execution, curiosity, and a commitment to data-driven thinking, while giving priority to the empowerment of others.
This role will primarily partner with performance advertisers , ranging from Retail and eCommerce to Entertainment and Media advertisers. Working across both the mobile and cross-platform space, this role offers the opportunity to build measurement programs that directly influence global measurement strategy.
Responsibilities
– Partner primarily with clients and agencies to provide good measurement that can lead to a better understanding of their performance on the platform
– Focus on strategic consulting together with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for clients
– Develop customized analyses addressing the unique challenges of key clients, utilizing advanced techniques, with the aim of proving the effectiveness and impact of our platform
– Manage client and agency feedback to ensure their voice is reflected with our product and partnerships teams
– This role will be located in Tel Aviv
At least 4-5 years of experience with digital advertising, large marketing-related organizations, or measurement suppliers
A track record of inferential problem-solving through experimental design and analytical methods
A track record of driving client decisions with clear communication and team collaboration
Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, and provide guidance on what decisions should be made is a must-have skill
Interest in working in a fast-paced environment with global talent
Excellent verbal and written language skills in English and Hebrew
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; graduate degree within a science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research field
Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations
Familiarity with experimentation, incrementality testing, attribution, and media mix modeling
Familiarity with privacy-first innovation for measurement systems
Experience with executing custom analytical work with SQL, Python, or R
