We are seeking a talented and experienced freelance UX Designer to support our team in developing our innovative SAAS cybersecurity product. As a freelance UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the User Experience and interface of our product, ensuring that it meets the needs of our customers while providing a seamless and intuitive User Experience. This is a part-time position with flexible hours in Israel, allowing you to work remotely and manage your own schedule.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the internal team- including product managers and software engineers, to understand user requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts, interactions, and user flows.
* Conduct user research and gather insights- through methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and behaviors. Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, users, and usability testing results.
* Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency in design implementation.
* Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and maintain the intended User Experience and identify and address technical constraints to ensure the feasibility of design concepts.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX and UI design, cybersecurity standards, and emerging technologies, and integrate them into the design process.

* A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX and UI design, including examples of wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for web and mobile applications.
* Proficiency in design and prototyping with Figma
* Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
* Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating user insights into design solutions in complex systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach design challenges with creativity and empathy.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders and development teams.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, best practices, and industry standards- is a plus.
* Ability to work independently, manage your own time effectively, and meet project deadlines
