The position
The position:
We are seeking an
experienced Analyst
to join our outstanding China Group at Mobileye. Our ideal candidate should have significant experience as an Analyst in a global public company preferably in the auto Industry. In this role, you will focus on optimizing production through accurate demand forecasts and supporting various departments as part of Mobileye China.
 
Mobileye is a global leader in advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving technologies. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop robust forecasting models, analyze market trends, and ensure timely product availability to meet customer demands.
 
What will your job look like?

Conducting forecast analysis for the Chinese market.

Monitoring and forecasting marketing and sales trends.
–
      
Implementing KPIs to measure and improve forecast quality.
–
      
Developing and implementing advanced statistical forecast models.
–
      
Analyzing consumer preferences to estimate potential sales of products or services.
–
      
Conducting comprehensive market research to capture industry trends, competitor activities, and other relevant factors.
–
      
Reviewing and analyzing business and industry data, including financial reports and key metrics using data analytics tools.
–
      
Collaborating with Chinese management, business development, sales, finance, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
 
All you need is:
–
      
At least 6 years of Forecast Analyst experience in a global public company.
–
      
Specific Industry Experience in the Auto Industry, or Tier 1 – an advantage.
–
      
Bachelor’s degree from a leading university in Economics, Data Science, Industrial and Management Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
–
      
Strong analytical and statistical skills with proven track records.
–
      
Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
–
      
Excellent communication skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
–
      
Proficiency with Excel and BI tools (QlikSense, Power BI, etc.).
–
      
Familiarity with software and tools such as SQL, Python, R – an advantage.

Process-oriented, well-organized, self-driven, and quick learner.
–
      
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
–
      
Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
 
Location: Mobileye China HQ, Shanghai.
