Areas of Responsibility:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Operational Oversight:
Ensure the timely and cost-effective execution of operational activities.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor quality and yield
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and mentor operations team.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other department to ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Budgetary Control:
Contribute to the development of the operations budget.

Requirements:
Education: BSc in industrial engineering and / Logistics from a known university- an advantage
Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing company a must
At least 5 years of experience in managing a team of 10+ employees
Experience in a medical device company a must
Computer skills:
Profound acquaintance with all Office tools
Good skills with SAP B1
Language skills: Fluent English reading and writing
Personality:
Highly dynamic, with strong leadership capabilities
Has the Ability to multitask, work under pressure and long irregular hours
Team building and managing skills
Able to balance day-to-day task load with long-term strategy execution
