We are looking for a Technical Payment Product Manager who will join our amazing Product group responsible for all of our Payment Services and related Products.
The Technical Payment Product Manager will lead key Integration Projects and explore new frontiers of Payment-related products.
The Technical Payment Product Manager Will Report to the Payments Services Team Leader.
IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:
Work closely with Customers (internal and/or External), Sales,Business Development and customer success teams to define business requirements and scope of implementation. Serve as Gatekeeper for the new Business Initiatives. Routines: Discovery sessions, Costs and schedule estimations, project plan (Content & Effort), Business kick-off meetings.
Manage and prioritize tasks and backlogs (short term) and/or define Product roadmap & Vision (long term) Be responsible for the product strategy. Routines: Opening and categorizing Jira items, prioritizing capacity/Product backlogs.
Functionally Analyze and Design new Payment integrations and Products. Characterize new features and adjustments through receiving constant inputs and feedback from the field, R&D, customers, and the industry. Define Success KPIs and how to measure them. Routines: Design documents and PRDs, DR meetings.
Execute and Deliver shoulder to shoulder with R&D and QA as a key pivot in the Agile/Scrum process. Assume ownership in coordinating all the relevant stakeholders to make it happen within the defined schedule & content. Routines: Gate meetings, Test Gate meetings, assembling a project task force (engine, Web, mobile, embedded QA, etc) and conducting routine meetings. Constant communications and expectation alignment with customers.
Assist customers and business units with managing and deploying live pilots and/or fully deploying the new features and/or products in the field. Routines: prepare and help configure the production environments and analyze issues/bugs that arise during this time.
Serve as a key focal point in the knowledge transfer processes of every completed project.
Help facilitate our business units independence on the related day-to-day operations. Routines: Preparing a configuration guide, perform knowledge transfer sessions with the Payment Ops team and/or other related business units. Payment Ops Gate meetings.
Use data to measure a project or products success and analyze key factors contributing to it or preventing it. Routines: Database, BI and Kibana queries on all environments. Effort assessments. Project retrospective/Lesson learn meetings.

Requirements:
2-3 years of experience as Product Manager
Relevant Academic background: BSC degree: Industrial Engineering & Management / Information Systems / Computer Science / Software Engineering
Experience in writing technical design documents especially APIs and integrations (Including ERD, Sequence Diagrams, Flow Chart, Class Diagram, Components Diagram, etc.) will be tested
Experience with Utilizing & defining APIs and understanding of REST, Swagger/Yaml will be tested
Proficiency in SQL
A very high level of English, both verbal and written will be tested

Independent learning skills
Goal-oriented, highly motivated to take full ownership of projects
