Job Description:
Responsible for collaborating with stakeholders across various departments within an organization to understand their business needs, objectives, and requirements for new or existing systems.
Conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather comprehensive information about the desired functionalities and features of the systems.
Analyze existing systems and processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Develop detailed technical specifications and system design documents.
Outline the architecture, functionalities, components, and interfaces of the proposed system, providing a blueprint for development and implementation.
Collaborate with developers and programmers to implement new systems or enhancements.
Provide guidance and oversight throughout the development process, ensuring that the final product aligns with the specified requirements and design.
Coordinate testing activities to evaluate the functionality, performance, and reliability of the developed systems.
Create and maintain documentation for systems, including user manuals, technical guides, and system architecture diagrams.
