Responsibilities:
Ship designs to software engineering teams on time and at high quality
Create scenarios, flows, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, UI pattern libraries, interaction guidelines and other artifacts to evolve the user experience.
Work with fellow Designers, Researchers, Program Managers, and Developers to solve problems and enhance the overall user experience across our ecosystem.
Participate in brainstorming and work sessions, bringing your unique voice and advocating for the user.
Demonstrate design concepts and strategy through prototyping, presentations, and storytelling. Presenting complex design concepts to key stakeholders and business partners.
Build consensus around design direction and amplifying the value of thoughtful human-centered-design contributing to business values.
Give and solicit feedback from other designers to continually raise our bar for quality, fit, and finish

Requirements:
2+ years' experience shipping AI or ML (machine learning) experiences and/or delivering to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process.
Experience designing for a CRM (customer relationship management) product, Sales solution, or enterprise products.
Experience building, refining, or improving design systems at scale.
Experience with React, JS, HTML, CSS
