Responsibilities
Serve as a technical focal point in the quality assurance process for our algorithms and AI systems, from integration to monitoring and incident response.
Serves as a key player in the collaboration and communication between the development and go-to-market teams
Lead project coordination, managing specifications, timelines, and deliverables alongside internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with key teams such as delivery, solution architecture, data science, and customer success to aid in risk management and identify new opportunities.
Contribute to the deployment of our AI solutions in hospitals, effectively communicating across different domains.
Develop a fundamental understanding of our algorithms, system, customers, and product. Your input will influence the performance of our solution across multiple projects.
Enhance the quality and speed of our AI module lifecycle through the identification of key milestones in the process and supportive tools development.
Lead multiple projects in our dynamic, agile, and rapidly growing startup environment, under the guidance of experienced project managers.
Identify processes that require scaling and re-design.
Help foster an inclusive and supportive team environment, balancing results with team well-being.
Hold a science-oriented degree, showing a keen interest and in-depth knowledge in technology and its application in healthcare.
3-5 years of proven experience in technical roles (advantage to experience in the healthcare industry).
Proven experience in leading projects from initiation to completion.
Proven experience in project management skills; Gantt planning, managing capacity and resources, tracking milestones, and creating documentation.
Passionate about making a difference in healthcare and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic startup environment.
Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously
Display strong potential for leadership and team collaboration.
Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to learn and adapt to the language of different areas of expertise.
Presentation skills; ability to create and deliver a compelling presentation that effectively communicates information and ideas in English or Hebrew.
Show attention to detail and the ability to understand complex systems, all while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
