we are seeks a talented and experienced HR Business Partner ( HRBP ) to help us design, support, and execute people-related strategies. As an HRBP at Landa Digital Printing, you will continuously assess organizational needs, devise solutions, and coach managers and employees. Your role will include ownership of processes such as onboarding, engaging, and developing Landa Digital Printings employees, adapting cross-organizational HR processes, and leading initiatives to best support the teams development and growth.

* Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees; understand the pulse of our business to identify organizational needs and propose solutions proactively.
* Partner with leadership and employees to guide career path, performance, talent management and development, team building, organizational changes, etc.
* Lead the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including operational aspects.
* Lead employee retention efforts and contribute to their engagement and experience.
* Utilize employee engagement data to drive critical insights and decisions around growth and retention.
* Partner with the HR functions to deploy and execute projects such as workforce planning, employee engagement, training and development, etc.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
* Proven track record of a successful positioning as a trusted partner advising, coaching, and guiding managers and employees.
* Demonstrated expertise in all areas of HR, including employee relations, performance management, talent management and organizational development.
* Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic environment.
* Strategic approach, ability to influence and advise business leadership.
* A true hands-on approach, as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and full proficiency in English.
