Requirements:
experience in multidisciplinary material process development or academic process development experience – mandatory
msc/phd degree in one of the following disciplines: material engineering/ physical chemistry/ physics/ chemistry – mandatory
experience in data analysis
experience in vacuum technology mandatory
experience in characterization and analysis of materials
experience in operating vacuum deposition systems (pvd, cvd)
experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes
very good interpersonal relations skills
self-motivated and ambitious, hard worker.
