Required IT Specialist
As the IT Specialist, you will develop, maintain, and create IT processes and infrastructure projects as required by various business needs.
You will be responsible for various core processes and systems within, including the office network, our SaaS IdP, endpoint management solutions (MDM, EDR) remote access, organizational SaaS systems, IT equipment, licenses & stock management and helpdesk operations. You will be working with all departments providing IT support and working incredibly closely with DevOps and Security teams on infra & infosec interfaces.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for end users and perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
Set up accounts and workstations.
Manage office inventory.
Assist with IT procurement
Deploy and manage new IT systems, services, and projects.
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to the companys guidelines.
Ensure security policies, procedures, and protocols of the company.
Administer facility IT equipment (alarms, cameras, switches, routers, access points and others).

Requirements:
3+ years of experience working in IT operations
Excellent Knowledge of Operating systems: Microsoft Windows, macOS Mandatory
Experience in basic security guidelines advantage.
Experience in security frameworks such as ISO27001, HIPAA, GDPR including external audits – an advantage.
Basic networking Knowledge (DHCP, DNS, Cabling) advantage.
A firm grasp of IT infrastructure and operations best practices.
Experience in administering Microsoft (Office 365) and Google Workspace environments.
Resourcefulness and problem-solving attitude.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in English
Can-do attitude, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
3+ years of experience working in IT operations
