Requirements:
6+ years of experience as a Principal or Senior Full Stack Developer with backend orientation
Proven coding experience in languages including, but not limited to, Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, or C#
Experience in building distributed and scalable systems
Extensive professional experience MongoDB
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities
Proven track record of leading complex projects from conception to production deployment
