Required Head of Content
DESCRIPTION
As part of our efforts to spread awareness of web accessibility and be thought leaders in the field, we generate a lot of high-quality, professional content – both educational and inspirational. In order to ensure effective content that creates impact and is of the highest standards possible, we are looking for a Head of Content reporting directly to the VP Brand. As the Head of Content, you will serve as the content lead for the entire company. You will build and own an impact-driven content strategy and become a subject matter expert in this field to make sure that the content we generate meets the highest standard, and is aligned with the companys vision and tone of voice.
What you'll be doing:
Build and manage an impact-driven content strategy
Develop metrics to determine success of all content initiatives and assets
Improve and innovate content infrastructure to provide excellent service to stakeholders across the company.
Hire, train, and manage all content managers.
Form and professionally lead our content guild
Be accountable for all professional content generated in the company, across all departments
Be a source of knowledge for web accessibility. Know the field top-to-bottom, and serve as our subject matter expert.
Sync with senior management on a regular basis, to ensure that our strategy and tone of voice are accurately represented in our content creation
Review and edit the content produced by all writers.

Requirements:
Native English speaker – a must!
6+ years of experience in content marketing roles from a product company, including at least 2 years of management experience
Data oriented – proven experience of building and managing content metrics
Deep understanding of content strategy and how to create impact
Experience working with high-level stakeholders from different departments within a company
Autodidact – a self-taught person, capable of performing in-depth research
Well organized, with a sharp eye for detail
Experience in writing for a SaaS – B2B company – a big advantage
Experience in managing a content guild – an advantage.
