We are looking for a results-driven, energetic team player with a contagious can-do attitude who is excited to play a significant role within our growing Retention Marketing Team as a Customer Engagement & Retention Specialist. This role combines the responsibilities of a Retention Campaign & Customer Life-Cycle Specialist, along with Email Marketing for the development and execution of end-to-end campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate and execute end-to-end retention campaigns to engage existing customers and increase loyalty and retention rates.
Lead the creation of compelling email marketing campaigns tailored to different segments of the customer life cycle, including onboarding, re-engagement, churn prevention, and loyalty.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing automation strategies, focusing on cohesive user experiences and compelling messaging across multiple touchpoints including email, push notifications, and in-app messages.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align retention campaigns with broader marketing initiatives and business objectives.
Utilize data for audience segmentation, personalize communications, and automate customer journeys based on behavior and preferences.
Monitor customer data and campaign performance metrics to identify insights and opportunities for optimization and growth.
Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize messaging content and campaign workflows and performance.
Conduct competitor and market research to stay ahead in marketing automation and user journey trends and best practices.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business administration, or related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in crafting compelling messaging.
High attention to detail, strong order, and organization Skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
Analytical mind with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
High level of English – written and spoken.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and CRM systems (e.g., Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot) – a plus.
Experience with HTML/CSS and email template design – a plus.
Experience in the Fintech/Investing app or financial knowledge a plus.
1+ years of experience in marketing roles focused on customer engagement, retention, and CRM management – a plus.
