Location
This role will be based in our European HQ in Amsterdam. The EU HQ will move to Haarlem in 2024.
The opportunity
This role is part of the newly formed HR Change & Insights department, which is spearheading the HR Transformation in Europe aiming to future proof the HR operating model, people and capabilities.  In this role you will be involved in process optimization, data analytics, employee research and project management where you work closely with HR teams and the business to identify gaps, role clarity issues, and inefficiencies. 

 
You will support the three core pillars of the HR Change & Insights department: 

Change: change management and agile ways of working (methodologies). 
Operations: Project management office, HR quarterly and annual planning, global HR process execution and governance of policy execution.   
Data & Analytics: Data product adoption and development, HR reporting and financial planning & analysis (EU HQ).
