Job description
Lead Israel systems team. Administers the technical operation of Motorola Solutions servers, databases, and associated hardware. Evaluates, procures, installs, and upgrades hardware, software, and applications. Ensures the performance, accuracy, quality, integrity, and security of Motorola Solutions technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day IT system operations in both on-prem and cloud environments.
Interface with customers, and key stakeholders, interpreting business requirements and providing appropriate IT solutions.
Regularly evaluate and optimize IT services and systems to ensure performance in alignment with the organization's business needs.
Oversee system security activities, collaborating with the Security team.
Vendor management – Contracts, budgets
Collaborate with global teams outside of Israel accommodating flexible timelines
Perform hands-on activities.
