We're looking for an Employee Experience Expert to create unique and awesome experiences for our company employees.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute company welfare projects, activities & events end-to-end.
Develop, create & maintain on-site employee services (i.e – facilities, transportation, etc.).
Keep up with events, occasions, holidays, and trends to produce relevant company affairs, happy hours, etc.
Coordinate employer branding events and campaigns to present and preserve us as a top employer to potential candidates.

Requirements:
At least 2 years experience as an Employee Experience Expert.
Experience in end-to-end execution of large scale welfare activities and events.
Proven involvement in startups or the High-Tech industry.
High-level English and Hebrew (verbal and written).
Process-oriented with excellent communication skills, able to coordinate multiple end-points.
A creative mindset, ability to deliver under pressure.
A team player. Working closely with other team members, colleagues and relevant focal points within the company.
