Responsibilities:
– Analyzing the behavior of users on our sites and apps.
– Build and maintain dashboards that visualize the usage of single or multiple features and how that usage drives company KPIs.
– Answer questions about site usage or user behavior based on deeper analyses.
– Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders effectively.
– Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand business needs and provide data- driven solutions.
– Conduct thorough research on our data sources to uncover new features, identify issues, and derive meaningful insights.

– Producing reports based on GA4 analytics and other media platforms.
– Developing dashboards and utilizing Business Intelligence tools effectively.
– Managing data extraction, processing, and loading into the Data Warehouse (DWH).

– Experience in implementing and managing master data management strategies.
– Familiarity with visualization tools such as PBI / Looker Studio.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
