In this role, you will be responsible for:
Thorough product design process – from UX to UI, including multiple solutions to complex and challenging product tasks and deep understanding of the problem you need to solve.
Drive team members toward strong product outcomes that increase user adoption and delight.
Collaborate daily with Product Managers and Software Developers to define, design and deliver extraordinary products.
Understand customers pain points and needs, then develop the right solutions for a wide B2B platform
Drive our design B2B2C vision and lead its platform towards an updated and modernized experience
Create micro animations, interactive and modern designs solutions.

Requirements:
5+ years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing product design for complex and responsive B2B systems
Proven experience with native mobile app design and responsive web – Must!
Advanced proficiency of spoken and written English – Mandatory
Good understanding of both Mobile OS behaviors and guidelines (iOS/ Android)
Experience working in an end-to-end UX process from ideation, wireframing and prototyping through to user testing and final design delivery
Degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, etc.) – Advantage
Be a problem solver and present alternatives – the ability to understand and distill complex problems into elegant, informed solutions
Experience with creating and working with a design system
Proficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools
Experience working with developers, and familiarity with HTML & CSS
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-notch interfaces
Self-learner and quick adjustment skills
