In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential Technical Support to our employees, ensuring that their workstations are set up efficiently, managing hardware resources, and maintaining our network infrastructure. The Help desk personnel will also work closely with external suppliers to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities-
* Set up workstations for employees, including hardware and software installations.
* Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departures.
* Maintain an inventory of hardware resources and manage stocking levels.
* Provide Technical Support for computers and peripheral equipment, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
* Assist with network maintenance and ensure network connectivity.
* Collaborate with external suppliers to resolve technical issues and manage relationships effectively.
* Organize and maintain meeting rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment is functional.
