Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, and software. This role requires technical expertise, customer service orientation, and problem-solving skills. Areas of Responsibilities: · Respond to technical support requests from employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues. · Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals. · Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly. · Assist in setting up and maintaining servers, networks, and related equipment. · Provide training and guidance to employees on using IT systems and software. · Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance. · Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. · Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. · Familiarity with maintaining and troubleshooting copy machines and other office equipment.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. · Proven experience as an IT Support in an organization. · Strong knowledge of Windows (10+11) and Mac operating systems. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common business applications. · Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting. · Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. · Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users. · Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. · English – high level.
