5+ years in a software development role
2+ years of leading software development teams
Experienced with building complex large-scale web applications
Experience with Agile methodology
Experience with Micro Services architecture
Proven ability to lead, mentor and drive people
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and in English
Degree in Computer Science (not a must, we're looking for talented people)
5+ years in a software development role
