Key Responsibilities
* Extract essential clinical information from various medical documents, including imaging and pathology reports, discharge summaries, progress notes, and genomic profiling reports.
* Utilize AI algorithms and data management tools to identify and capture key data points accurately.
* Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of structured clinical data according to predefined data models and standards.
* Collaborate with the data management team to resolve any discrepancies or inconsistencies in the extracted data.
* Stay updated on advancements in medical data extraction technologies and contribute to process improvements.
* Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and compliance regulations regarding patient health information.
