Position Overview:
Made4Net is seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager in the domain of supply chain (such as Warehouse, Routing, Delivery platforms). The Product Manager will be responsible for driving innovative development and enhancement of our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs, customer requirements, and company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
– Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and market leadership.
– Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
– Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Professional Services, and marketing to define product requirements and prioritize feature development.
– Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain product roadmaps, outlining key milestones and deliverables to support product evolution and innovation.
– Product Launch: Lead product launch activities, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to drive adoption and market penetration.
– Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate product enhancements.
– Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
– Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates, initiatives, and roadmap plans to internal stakeholders and external partners.
– Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
– +3 years of experience in product management within the supply chain software industry – MUST
– Strong analytical skills, developing product hypotheses and understanding the results.
– Strong ability to transform opportunities and needs into products and features.
– Good understanding of UI/UX

– Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
