Required Defense Product Line Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Senior Product Line Manager for Defense Solutions, you will be a key architect in shaping and executing our product strategy.
Your responsibilities will encompass driving innovation, ensuring product excellence, and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet the unique requirements of defense applications.
Develop and execute the product strategy for defense antenna products.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, analyze customer requirements, and translate insights into actionable features.
Engage with key stakeholders, including customers and partners, to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Provide strategic leadership to sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure effective product launches and ongoing support.

Requirements:
B.SC in Electrical Engineering \ Computer Science or in another relevant field a must
Advanced degree (M.Sc or MBA) highly desirable.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience as a product manager in a senior capacity a must.
Strong background and experience in RF a must.
In-depth knowledge and experience working with the defense industry a must
Proven experience with satellite antennas in a leadership role a significant advantage.
Exceptional proficiency in English.
Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teams effectively in a matrix organization.
