Required Global Purchasing Manager.
Objectives:
Management of purchasing department in HQ and coordination of purchasing activities: handling the procurement process, sourcing suppliers, and managing vendor relationships to ensure an effective supply chain and optimize costs.
Developing and implementing procurement strategies and policies for cost optimisation and enhancing supply chain efficiency.
Professional guidance in procurement processes for various territories and ensuring that processes are carried out using the same methods and standards.
Collaborating with other departments such as product management, sales, and marketing to ensure purchasing efforts support company-wide initiatives.
Conducting market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, supplier capabilities and pricing fluctuations.
Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms.
Providing quick and accurate responses to the sales, marketing, and operations departments to meet the company's goals.
Managing supplier relationships, including ongoing performance evaluation, issue resolution and fostering long-term partnerships.
Setting objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Education – bachelor's degree in business, logistic or related field. Professional experience: At least 5 years of managing a purchasing team in an industrial company.
An analytical mind with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Deep knowledge of procurement principles, strategies and best practices.
Strong skills in budgeting, cost optimization and negotiation techniques. Knowledge of local and national laws and regulations related to procurement.
Hebrew and English at a high level – reading, writing, and verbal communication.
