We are looking for an experienced Director of Fundraising, Investor Relations and strategic partnerships with a strong track record of successful fundraising in the international arena in the field of Medical devices. Europe and emerging markets an advantage. This role is crucial for driving our Series A funding round required to support our market expansion and to fuel our mission of transforming patient care through innovative diagnostic solutions.
Responsibilities
Craft and execute a fundraising plan and focusing on international markets, with a specific emphasis on Brazil/LATAM, EU and S.E.Asia (advantage)
Build and maintain relationships with a global network of investors, particularly those specializing in the medical device sector, including venture capital firms, high net worth individuals, corporates and family offices and corporate foundations.
Develop tailored investment pitches that resonate with international investors, highlighting our unique position in the Israeli and global markets.
Manage end-to-end fundraising processes, including investor outreach, negotiations, and closing, with a deep understanding of international investment regulations and practices.
Represent our company in global industry events and forums, with a focus on establishing a strong presence in developing markets.
Collaborate closely with the executive team to ensure alignment of fundraising strategies with the companys growth objectives and market expansion plans.
Monitor global market trends and investment patterns in the medical device and digital health sectors, with a focus on emerging markets.

At least 15 years of experience in fundraising/investor relations, with substantial experience in international settings and developing markets, S.E. Asia, Brazil (advantage)
Strong personal communication skills.
Established network within the global medical device investment community, Diagnostic area (advantage) including VCs, high net worth individuals, and family offices.
Proven success in securing funding from international sources for companies in the medical device or related fields.
Exceptional communication skills in English, Portuguese (preferred), with the ability to engage effectively and build trust with diverse international stakeholders.
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of different cultural business practices
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
