Required Business Administrator – Azure Core
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all administrative needs of Azure Core at site location.
Collaborate with team admins to effectively manage new hire onboarding and employee departures, ensuring consistent employee experiences.
Support individual and group seating requests and manage seating maps, procure equipment, office supplies and coordinate facilities requests as needed.
Arrange catering, select venues, and manage logistics for internal events, off-sites, morale-building activities, team all-hands meetings, and celebrations.
Ensure adherence to administrative operations policies and procedures, emphasizing attention to detail and prompt follow-through for successful outcomes.
Cultivate and sustain positive business relationships with internal and external partners and staff.
Uphold a leadership and professionalism standard that reflects our values of Respect, Integrity, and accountability and demonstrates a consistently proactive and customer service-oriented attitude.

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant work experience in administration.
Excellent customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Relationship building skills, business maturity, high degree of self-confidence.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and problem-solving skills and following through on issues in a timely manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates/Bachelors degree.
Proficiency with our productivity software, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams meetings.
Excellent skills in all aspects of planning, collaboration, communications, analytical capabilities, and high level of attention to detail and proactive awareness.
Demonstrated skill of shifting approach in response to the demands of a changing situation.
Ability to deal with ambiguity, navigate uncertain situations, and drive for clarity.
Demonstrated capability in verbal and written communications skills.
