Responsible for preparing the team work plan.
Responsible for execution of the team testing methods.

Preparation of SOPs, protocols and reports
Responsible for approval and report the team results.
Responsible for the teams CAPAs and change requests.
Represent the team at all regulatory inspections and on internal audits
Investigations of team deviations and out of specification results.
Trending the team laboratory results data
Overseeing the team personnel training and qualification program (staff certification and re-qualification).
Responsible for the purchasing of the team equipment and instruments and the coordination of their purchasing, calibration and validation

Requirements:
Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in chemistry
Candidate should have at least 5 years hands-on experience in QC lab within the pharmaceutical industry, out of them at least 3 years experience in chemistry tests.

To be able to work under pressure to tight timelines.
Attention to details and well organized person.
Reading and writing English in high level.
