We are looking for an ambitious office manager with a strong HR orientation to lead our operations and HR functions.
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office operations, facilities management, supplies, and procurement.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences, including scheduling, logistics, and catering arrangements.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits administration, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
Producing various events and activities (company events, happy hours, etc.). Production from start to finish.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Support the sales manager in developing marketing materials, presentations, etc.
Assist in exhibition preparations, event production, and various related.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in office administration, with a strong emphasis on HR functions.
High level of English (written, spoken) is a must.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Motivated and independent with a can-do attitude!
