North Tel Aviv: A Leading Hi-Tech Company Seeks a Debt collector for the Finance Department
Responsibilities:
1. Collecting debts from company clients in Israel.
2. Credit Card Reconciliation
3. Checking invoices.
4. Daily receipt production.
5. Working according to monthly collection goals.
6. Collaboration with internal interfaces.
7. Generating reports and providing regular, updated reports to the collection team leader.
8. Teamwork.
9. Reporting to the collection team leader.

Requirements:
*2-10 years of experience in a similar position for an Israeli company with Israeli business clients – must
*2-5 years of experience in credit card reconciliation, analysis, reading of credit card statements debt management.
*Proficiency in management reports debt collection, customer obligations must
*Experience in bookkeeping must
*Meeting monthly collection goals – must
*Ability to work under pressure, must
*Experience with SAP B1 an advantage.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel – must
*Good interpersonal skills, assertiveness, service orientation.
*Hebrew English as mother tongue/proficient level must

Work Conditions
*Sunday- Thursday, 08:00/09:00-17:00/18:00
*Two days of hybrid work after 2-3 months of overlap
*Salary: 11-14K with up to 2k bonuses for meeting collection goals,
