Your research will help us create useful, usable, and delightful new products and features for people as well as continually innovating on our existing products.
Key Responsibilities
*Collaborate with stakeholders to identify research needs, key questions, and knowledge gaps
*Propose appropriate research methodology and conduct user research activities.
*Observe and run usability testing sessions and interviews, taking notes during sessions
*Administer questionnaires, surveys, and interviews.
*Analyze qualitative quantitative data, interpret and present research findings to audiences at all levels
Requirements:
Qualifications
*BA/BS degree in Anthropology, HCI/ Computer Science, Human Factors, Psychology, or other related fields, or equivalent practical experience
*2+ years of work experience as a UX Researcher or Research Assistant
*Experience integrating user research into product designs and design practices
